Renovation Project: Residence La Pineta Transforming Spaces for Better Living This renovation, energy retrofit, and extension project, certified as CasaClima A Nature, arises from the profound transformation of an existing building, originally consisting of a single dwelling and lacking parking facilities and vertical accessibility. The intervention completely reinterprets the structure, converting it into a contemporary multi family residence composed of three apartments and integrating a new underground level dedicated to garages and storage spaces. The new spatial organization is designed to ensure functionality, comfort, and an improved quality of living. A key element of the project is the introduction of a vertical circulation system with a stairwell and lift, ensuring full accessibility to all levels and making the building inclusive and free of architectural barriers. Developed according to CasaClima A Nature standards, the design integrates high energy efficiency solutions, sustainable materials, and strategies aimed at reducing environmental impact. The goal is to give new life to an existing building, transforming it into a modern, efficient residence focused on human well-being. A project that interprets architectural regeneration as an opportunity not only to improve the built environment, but also to enhance the way people live.
