Renovation, energy requalification, and expansion project CasaClima A Nature.

The intervention stems from the desire to regenerate an existing building, originally consisting of a single residential unit, lacking a garage and without accessibility for residents with reduced mobility.

The project involves a complete renovation with an expansion. The aim is to creat three apartments and a basement level intended for garages and cellars, internally connected by a staircase and an elevator to ensure full accessibility on all levels.

The entire intervention was designed according to CasaClima A Nature standards, which promotes high energy performance, low environmental impact, and the use of sustainable materials, providing a modern, efficient home attentive to the well-being of both people and the environment.

The CasaClima Nature sustainability certification evaluates a building not only in terms of energy efficiency, but also its impact on the environment and on the well-being of its occupants. CasaClima Nature introduces an objective assessment of the eco-compatibility of the materials and systems used in construction, as well as the building’s impact on the aquatic ecosystem. Specific requirements must be met to ensure comfort and healthy indoor environments that comprehend: air quality, natural lighting, acoustic comfort, and radon gas control.
