Residence Armonia

Located near the center of the city of Merano, this residential project, completed in 2020, focusesd on the demolition, reconstruction and expansion of the building. The design concept is based on the intention to make full use of the maximum height permitted by the Municipal Urban Plan (PUC), while partially preserving the original geometry of the building and developing the new volume vertically.

Located near the center of Lana (BZ), this project aimed to transform the building into a modern and comfortable residence, while preserving the original charm of the structure. The renovation included the modernization of interior spaces, the improvement of energy efficiency, and the introduction of new amenities, with the goal of enhancing the residents' quality of life.
