Residence Anna, certified as CasaClima A Nature, was designed in harmony with the natural environment and reflects a strong commitment to the protection and promotion of biodiversity. Located in the municipality of Merano (BZ), just a short distance from the center of Maia Alta, the building integrates seamlessly into both its urban and natural surroundings.

The development consists of 11 apartments with spacious south-facing terraces, distributed across four floors, including one lower ground level and three above ground. Its modern design is distinguished by a biodiverse flat green roof, private gardens, and shared green spaces featuring rich and structurally diverse vegetation. The green vegetation merges harmoniously with the entrance area through a system of climbing plants that link the planters on each floor, creating a sense of relaxation and continuity between interior and exterior spaces.

CasaClima Nature
The CasaClima Nature sustainability certification evaluates a building not only in terms of energy efficiency, but also its impact on the environment and on the well-being of its occupants. CasaClima Nature introduces an objective assessment of the eco-compatibility of the materials and systems used in construction, as well as the building’s impact on the aquatic ecosystem. Specific requirements must be met to ensure comfort and healthy indoor environments that comprehend: air quality, natural lighting, acoustic comfort, and radon gas control.
