Residence Anna

Project: Residence Anna
Certificazion: CasaClima Nature A

Residence Anna, certified as CasaClima / Klimahouse A Nature, was conceived in harmony with its natural surroundings and reflects a strong commitment to biodiversity and environmental responsibility. Located in Merano, just a short distance from Maia Alta, the building integrates seamlessly into both its urban and landscape context.

The development comprises 11 apartments with spacious south-facing terraces, distributed over four levels, including one underground floor and three above ground floors. Its contemporary architectural language is characterized by a biodiverse green roof, private gardens, and shared outdoor spaces enriched by diverse and carefully structured planting.

The landscape design extends naturally into the entrance area through a system of climbing plants that connect the planters on each level, creating a continuous dialogue between architecture and nature and fostering a sense of well being throughout the development.

CasaClima Nature
The CasaClima Nature sustainability certification evaluates a building not only in terms of energy efficiency, but also its impact on the environment and on the well-being of its occupants. CasaClima Nature introduces an objective assessment of the eco-compatibility of the materials and systems used in construction, as well as the building’s impact on the aquatic ecosystem.  Specific requirements must be met to ensure comfort and healthy indoor environments that comprehend: air quality, natural lighting, acoustic comfort, and radon gas control.
