Progetto: Private Villa Contemporary Architecture and Sustainability This single family home was born from the intersection of contemporary architecture, sustainable construction, and a high quality of living. Designed and built in timber according to the highest energy efficiency standards, the home represents a balanced synthesis of technological innovation, comfort, and respect for the environment. Certified as CasaClima / Klimahouse A Nature, the villa is the result of a design approach focused on sustainability, healthy indoor environments, and the reduction of environmental impact over the building’s entire life cycle. Every decision—from construction materials to building systems—has been guided by the intention to create an efficient, durable living space capable of ensuring maximum well-being throughout the year. The architecture is defined by essential volumes, balanced proportions, and a contemporary language characterized by clean lines and generous openings towards the surrounding landscape. Natural light becomes a central design element, shaping bright, welcoming interiors in constant dialogue with the outdoors. Natural materials, high energy performance, and careful attention to thermal and acoustic comfort contribute to an authentic and contemporary living experience. A project that interprets sustainable living through elegant, efficient architecture designed to stand the test of time.
