Residence Jägersheim

Renovation Project: Residence Jägersheim
Certification: CasaClima B

Located close to the center of Lana, this renovation and energy retrofit project was developed with the aim of enhancing an existing building while preserving its original character and adapting it to the needs of contemporary living.

The intervention reinterprets the interior spaces through architectural solutions focused on functionality, comfort, and quality of life, creating bright and welcoming environments that are fully integrated into their surroundings. The design seeks a balance between memory and innovation, maintaining the building’s identity while introducing new standards of energy efficiency and residential well-being.

Particular attention was given to the building’s energy upgrade, which achieved CasaClima / Klimahouse B certification, significantly improving its performance and reducing its environmental impact.

The result is a contemporary residence that combines architectural quality, sustainability, and comfort, enhancing the existing structure through a careful and respectful intervention.

CasaClima B
CasaClima B is a building that requires less than 50 kilowatt-hours per square meter per year. CasaClima B class was the minimum standard for new buildings since 2011 in the Province of Bolzano. With the implementation of the latest European directives, this minimum standard was raised to CasaClima A as of January 1, 2017. However, a CasaClima Class B building is still a highly energy-efficient building that ensures a high level of comfort and reduced energy costs.
